Excavation FAQ
Do you work for general contractors and developers?
Yes. We handle site prep, trenching, base prep and drainage as a subcontractor on commercial and industrial builds. Send your site plans with the quote request and we'll price to them.
Do you call in utility locates before digging?
Yes. Locates are requested before any excavation or trenching starts, and we work around marked lines.
Can you prep the base for our paving or concrete crew?
Yes. We excavate to depth, place and compact granular base, and grade it to your elevations so your crew can start right away.
How do I know if my driveway needs regrading?
Standing water, potholes that keep coming back, ruts and soft spots are the usual signs. Regrading restores the crown and base so water runs off instead of sitting on top.
My yard drains toward the house. Can you fix that?
Yes. We regrade the lot so it slopes away from the foundation and can add drainage where the yard needs it.
